Longtime Restaurant and Bar Hidden down an alleyway in Fortitude Valley, Longtime Restaurant and Bar is a great Brisbane dining experience. You can’t book and sometimes you may have to wait, but it is well worth it. It is not expensive, there is an unreal vibe, plenty of atmosphere and the food, wine and service is fantastic. When I have been there, the service has been first class from the waiters and sommelier. Toby and Bianca have looked after me and they are experts on their impressive wine list and matching it perfectly with your choice of food. Longtime Restaurant and Bar is not your average Thai food. It is very creative and stylish modern Asian dining, something a bit different and out of the ordinary, with excellent quality and attention to detail. The whole setting, hospitality, atmosphere, and food and wine make it a great night out. I thoroughly recommend it, so be sure to check it out.
